Sometimes it's hanging out with family and friends, like it will be over the next couple of days for us. Sometimes it looks like going out shopping, like I did on my birthday last Tuesday. Or going to the secondhand bookstore on my lunch break, then coming home to a good supper, a bath, and Star Trek - The Next Generation reruns like yesterday. Sometimes it's staying home to write and read and goof off online, then cooking a good supper. Or it may be watching movies or college football games and ordering a pizza. Or going to a craft show, or a gun show, or doing both in the same weekend like typically happens to me one weekend in November each year. Or going out to a nice supper. Or a vacation or weekend getaway. That's one good thing about not having strong preferences. You can find joy in countless ways.
The good news is that we have a long weekend to find perfect days in lots of ways, so take advantage of it. This weekend for us is about getting rest and relaxing. What's it about for you?
That's all today. Take care, and have a great Labor Day weekend.
